New App Allows Dedham Residents to Report Non-Emergency Issues

Dedham citizens can report potholes, power outages and other issues through the new app.

Residents in Dedham can now use a new application to report non-emergency issues and service requests using their smart phones. 

YourGOV, which allows users to submit common issues like potholes, street light outages and other similar issues throughout he application, is now available to residents in town, according to an announcement on the Dedham town website

Once submitted, reports automatically go to the Dedham Department of Public Works for review, according to the announcement.

First-time users will need to create a profile with a  valid email address. iPhone users can download the app in the iTunes App Store and Android users can download it in the Google Market or Amazon App Store.
