Police Log: Dedham Customer Attempts to Cash Fake Check

Friday, Oct. 4:

At 3:49 a.m. a employee at an Eastern Avenue business reported an unwanted customer.

At 9:28 a.m. a water main leak was reported on Washington Street.

Saturday, Oct. 5:

At 12:34 a.m.  an employee at the Dedham mall reported a large group waiting for the launch of Air Jordan was smoking marijuana.

At 5:41 p.m. an employee of a Providence Highway business reported a customer attempted to cash a

fake traveler’s check.
