DEDHAM, MA — A proposed $14 million complex at Manor Fields will be the one topic of discussion at a special Town Meeting scheduled for February.
The plan calls for two lighted multi-purpose fields, five lighted tennis courts, two lighted basketball courts, a fully accessible playground, 1.5 miles of trails through preserved conservation area, two dog parks, restrooms, bocce courts, and parking for 170 cars.
In a post on the Manor Fields Park Facebook page, parks and recreation commission Chairman Jim Maher wrote that the plan addresses a number of community needs and will be only the second fully engineered park in town.
