Temporary Power Outage Scheduled For Dedham Square

DEDHAM, MA — If you drive through Dedham Square Sunday night and notice that the area seem darker than usual, chances are it's part of a scheduled power outage.

Eversource is planning a 12-hour outage from 6 p.m. Sunday to 6 a.m. Monday. The outage is to allow the electricity utility to connect power to the new building at 350 Washington St.

The town expects the following addresses to be affected:

• High Street, 578 to 640
• Maple Street, 50 to 110
• Redwood, 2 to 4
• Washington Street, 369 to 420
