Crews Work to Repair Water Main Break in Dedham

A water main break in Dedham has forced officials to temporarily close down streets in the area.

River Street, Oakdale Avenue and Whiting Avenue, have been blocked off while crews work to secure the area.

Water has gushed out on to much of the roadway. Police are asking motorists to seek alternate routes.

Some residents in the area have reported brown water in their homes as a likely result of the break.
