The varsity team lost their first game at home last week to
Holliston in a 1 – 0 game. Though
defense was tough, Holliston was able to capitalize towards the end of the
first half. DS had many shots on net; unfortunately
all went straight to their keeper.
The boys rallied last night playing at Millis to win 5 – 0. The first goal came early on by Sr. Capt.
Walker LIttlehale, the second goal followed shortly thereafter by Sr. Capt.
Sean Forward, assisted by Walker. Goal
number three was a beautiful cross by Jr. Peter Burton, assisted by Jr. Jake
Frankenfield. Goal number four scored by Walker assisted by Sean. Walker and Sean seemed to have a clear rhythm
last evening in the goal scoring department.
The final goal was scored by Freshman Max Cottrell.
Thursday the boys will play at Westwood at 5:00 p.m.
