FALMOUTH, MA — The Falmouth Police Department issued a missing person alert in June for Adam Wacholder, 44, of Falmouth.
It's been nearly a month since he first went missing on June 13, according to a Facebook page created by his mother, Peggy Lynn.
In a post on that page, Lynn said Wacholder "has been bravely living with mental illness and epilepsy for many years."

At this point, there is growing concern that he might run out of his "vital medication."
Listed as a white male, 6'1" in height and 220 pounds, Wacholder has brown eyes and black and white hair, police said. Police noted that he "suffers from mental health conditions."
