"Book Plates" - A High Tea Fundraiser for Local Literacy

FJC and Waquoit Congregational Church are pleased to host “BOOK PLATES,” a hight tea benefiting Eight Cousins Bookshop’s nonprofit literacy projects. Proceeds help develop libraries for No Place for Hate-Falmouth (diversity and anti-bias materials for local libraries) and The Giving Tree (children's books). Enjoy assorted teas and coffee, savory and sweet pick up treats, including scones, finger sandwiches, and cookies. Meet and greet the store’s owners and staff, hear about the literacy projects and the store’s ongoing work and efforts to reopen following severe water damage this winter. Let’s gather as a community to celebrate this wonderful local business and important supporter of literacy in our community.

Suggested donation – $10.00 adults; $5.00 youth (9 and younger). No need to RSVP.
