FALMOUTH, MA — A Falmouth firefighter will undergo an alcohol education program after admitting to sufficient facts in a charge of operating under the influence. Jay Frisbee, 37, of East Falmouth, crashed into a police cruiser June 24 after driving into a section of road that was shut down, the Cape Cod Times reported.

Frisbee apologized many times and told police he had had "a few" when asked if he had been drinking, according to police records cited by the Times. Officers arrested him after giving him a field sobriety test and found two empty Smirnoff nips and a 19.2-once can of White Claw Hard Seltzer with "a sip or two left," the police report stated.
