Falmouth Firefighters Extinguish Fire In Third Floor Apartment
Falmouth firefighters arrived to a smoky third floor and found the flames coming from a ceiling fan in a bathroom.

FALMOUTH, MA — A third-floor apartment caught fire Monday night at the Gosnold Grove apartment complex. Around 9:30 p.m., firefighters were called to the apartment at East Falmouth Highway.
Firefighters arrived to a smoky third floor and found the flames coming from a ceiling fan in a bathroom. The fire was put out with portable fire extinguishers before the flames could spread through the vents and into the attic.
Fire officials said there were no injuries, and the cause of the fire was accidental.
