Falmouth Man Threatened To Shoot Officer: Police

FALMOUTH, MA – A Falmouth man was arrested and charged with threatening to shoot a police officer, police said. Jonathan Emerald, 31, also threatened to assault a second officer, according to police.

He has been charged with two counts of intimidation of a witness, juror, police officer or court official; assault with intent to murder; and threat to commit a crime (assault and battery). He will be arraigned in Falmouth District Court.
