Housing Assistance to Hold Info Session for Three Two-Bedroom Homes in Falmouth
New homes in Acapesket Gardens will be available through a lottery for qualified applicants.

Housing Assistance invites potential homeowners to a virtual info session for three new homes in East Falmouth on Thursday, February 19, at 5:30 p.m. Interested homebuyers can register for the info session, which will be held on Zoom, at haconcapecod.org/lotteries.
The brand new two-bedroom, one-bathroom condos are located in Acapesket Gardens in East Falmouth. Features include one-level living, a full basement, and high-efficiency heat and air conditioning.
Housing Assistance is overseeing the lottery. The condominium homes will be sold for $235,000 (with $355 monthly HOA fee) to eligible applicants whose income does not exceed 80% of Area Median Income (AMI). First time homebuyer, income, and asset restrictions apply. 1-person: $74,800; 2-persons: $85,450; 3-persons: $96,150; and 4-persons: $106,800. Household assets must be less than $75,000.

Applications for the lottery can be found online at haconcapecod.org/lotteries. Printed copies are available at Housing Assistance’s offices in Hyannis and Orleans.
The deadline to apply is Thursday, March 19, at 5 p.m. The lottery drawing will be held within 30 days of the application deadline.
