Teen Driver Hits Pole In Falmouth; Alcohol Found: Cops
Falmouth police said a 16-year-old driver crashed into a utility pole on John Parker Road Wednesday and had alcohol in the vehicle.

FALMOUTH, MA — A teenager crashed into a utility pole in Falmouth Wednesday night and had alcohol in the vehicle, according to police. The 16-year-old boy, whose name was not released, crashed at about 10:30 p.m., police said. Firefighters arrived to find the pole broken and suspended by wires. Officers found alcohol in the vehicle, police said.
Police said the teen was speeding in the moments leading up to the crash. He will be cited for being a minor in possession of alcohol, police said.
