Teen Sentenced In Falmouth Stabbing
The 19-year-old was one of three teenagers arrested in connection with the stabbing last October.

FALMOUTH, MA – A Mashpee man was sentenced this week for his role in a stabbing during what authorities believe was a drug deal gone bad. Samuel Cooper, 19, was found guilty of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit armed robbery, according to the Cape Cod Times. He was sentenced to one year in the Barnstable County Correctional Facility, with the sentence suspended until August 2020.
Police said Cooper, who was 18 at the time of the stabbing, and two juveniles stabbed a 20-year-old Falmouth man in the torso last October on Sam Turner Road. The three were arrested on Teaticket Highway shortly after police responded to the scene.
"Officers searched the car and found a knife believed to be used during the altercation," Falmouth police said at the time of the arrest.
