One defendant had their bail revoked, while the other was issued a conditional bail ruling related to October's East Falmouth stabbing.

FALMOUTH, MA — A Falmouth District Court judge has issued a bail decision for two people charged in connection to a fatal East Falmouth stabbing in October, with different results for each.

James Blood, of Lynn, Massachusetts, and Cynthia Rubin, of Reading, Massachusetts, were arraigned in October in connection to the fatal stabbing of Corey Lowe in Falmouth.

On Friday, Blood's bail was revoked. He will remain in custody until at least his next court date, a probable cause hearing, the Cape Cod Times first reported. Rubin, however, received a release on conditional bail. The terms of that release include home confinement, no alcohol or drug use, no firearms possession and a substance abuse evaluation.
