Whitey Bulger's Girlfriend Being Moved To Cape Cod: Report
Catherine Greig, who lived with Bulger while on the run, is being transferred to a halfway house on Cape Cod.

BOURNE, MA — Whitey Bulger's longtime girlfriend Catherine Greig is being moved to a halfway house on Cape Cod, according to the Boston Herald. Mary Callahan, wife of Bulger victim John Callahan, told the Herald she received a letter saying Greig will be moved from Waseca, MN to Barnstable County on June 19 and electronically monitored in Bourne.
Greig and Bulger were caught in Santa Monica, CA in 2011 after 16 years on the run. She pleaded guilty to identity fraud and harboring a fugitive in 2012, and pleaded guilty to criminal contempt four years later after refusing to cooperate in the case against Bulger.
Bulger, an FBI informant and longtime boss of the Winter Hill Gang, was one of America's most wanted criminals when he went on the lam in the '90s. The 89-year-old was serving life sentences for 11 murders and a slew of other charges when he was beaten to death in his cell in a West Virginia prison last fall.
