Bob Kraft Praises Donald Trump on Eve of Super Tuesday
The Patriots owner had nice things to say about Donald Trump, but there was no endorsement.

FOXBOROUGH, MA - Looks like Donald Trump has at least two fans down at One Patriot Place.
In a statement to the Boston Globe, Patriots owner Bob Kraft praised the presidential hopeful, but stopped short of an endorsement.
“While I am not comfortable discussing politics publicly, I am very comfortable talking about my friendships with people who happen to be in politics,” Kraft said in a statement.

Kraft called Trump a very close friend for two decades, referencing Trump’s 2005 wedding and their work together on multiple philanthropic events. The Patriots owner also recalled how Trump was there for him during the passing of his wife Myra Kraft in 2011.
Support for Trump at Gillette Stadium isn’t anything new. In September, reporters asked Tom Brady about Trump after spotting a “Make America Great Again” hat in his locker. While he said he hoped Trump could win and the candidate called the comment an endorsement, Brady later said he would not endorse Trump for president.
