FRAMINGHAM, MA- A Framingham man is facing trespassing charges after he refused to leave the SMOC main office on Wednesday morning.

Police got a call around 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday about a "undesirable person" on the second floor of the SMOC main office at 7 Bishop Street. SMOC employees told police they had asked the man, identified as Mark Lawless, to leave the area earlier that day.

Employees told police that Lawless briefly left but returned later that day through a back staircase. According to police, another employee found Lawless sleeping inside of the building and asked him to leave. Lawless responded by calling the woman an expletive and refused to leave according to police.
