Sarah Outcault earns PhD

Sarah Outcault, daughter of Marthe Aimée and the late Richard Outcault of Hamilton, received her PhD in  Policy Analysis from Pardee RAND Graduate School in Santa Monica, California on June 23, 2012. Her dissertation was entitled Financial Outcomes and Decision-Making among Young Americans: Trends, Patterns and Processes. While at PRGS she received the Lovelace Fellowship , the JL Lovelace Dissertation Award, the Rothenberg Dissertation Award, dissertation support from the Labor and Population Unit of RAND Corporation. Prior to entering her doctoral studies she attended UMass Boston 2000 and received an MS in Economic History at the London School of Economics 2001.

 

Sarah graduated from Hamilton/Wenham Regional High School in the class of 1995.

Sarah is married and has a son. Upon graduation she is relocating to Sacramento, CA where she will pursue policy work.
