The Board of the Friends invites you to the Friends of the Hamilton-Wenham Public Library Annual Meeting on April 24th
Please join us for complimentary refreshments at 6:30pm. The annual meeting begins at 7:00pm, encompassing an election of new board members, a recap of 2011 efforts and a discussion of 2012 Friends initiatives.
Guest Speaker: Georgetown artist Lynne Schulte will discuss her current project - painting a pink plastic Adirondack chair in honor of her mother, who passed away last June and loved the color bright pink. Ms. Schulte has taken the chair to favorite places of her mother’s to paint and, in the process, has learned lessons in grieving and celebrating life.
