A virtuoso performance for all ages. The 24 Caprices, Paganini’s only compositions, suggest the scope of his virtuosity. They are rarely heard because they are so difficult to play. However, they are stunning musical gems. Robyn Bollinger has been invited to participate in the next Paganini Competition and she has offered to play selections from Paganini’s set of 24 Caprices as a fundraiser for Cape Ann Waldorf School. The program, appropriate for all ages, begins at 7:00 p.m. on Friday and will last about an hour. Cape Ann Waldorf School is located at Moraine Farm, 701 Cabot Street, Beverly, MA (Route 97).
