Paul Michael Harvey, 47, of 6 Cogswell Ave., Beverly was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, attaching improper plates, unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation. Harvey, who also lists a Gloucester address, was arrested on three warrants from another department.
