Smith, who has ten years of teaching experience at the elementary school level will assist PR Principal Chuck Cormier and East Principal Anthony Keady in their daily roles. The new assistant principal is coming from the Randolph Public Schools where she served as a classroom teacher, assistant principal and math specialist and math coach.  She has also served as a classroom teacher for grades 1-5, a math teacher for grade 6 and a third gread inclusion teacher. "Her wealth of experience and knowledge will be an asset to our school and the Hingham Public Schools," East Principal Anthony Keady said in an email to parents. Smith is the second principal change in the four elementary schools this sumer.  In June,  in place of Eliza Burns who has taken the principal's position at the Cole Elementary School in Norwell.
