Girls' Tennis
Hingham High School girl’s tennis team defeated North Quincy 3-2 on Thursday.
1st singles: Elizabeth Sullivan from North Quincy defeated Julia Krumholz from Hingham 6-4, 7-5
2nd singles: Sara Sullivan from North Quincy defeated Delaney Dunlap from Hingham 6-4, 6-1
3rd singles: Danielle Vanzura from Hingham defeated Mallory DeVoe from North Quincy 6-2, 6-4
1st doubles: Nikki Lund and Kristen Ferrucci from Hingham defeated Sanjana Kadirvel and Christina Ng from North Quincy 6-3, 6-3
2nd doubles: Ashland Stansbury and Maxine Bergstein from Hingham defeated Kayla Sugrue and Kim Tsang from North Quincy 6-0, 6-0

Hingham is now 6-0 in-league and 9-1 overall.
The girls were undefeated this week, beating Middleboro on Wednesday:
1st singles: Julia Krumholz from Hingham defeated Hanna Bialic from Middleboro 6-2, 6-0.

2nd singles: Delaney Dunlap from Hingham defeated defeated Cassie Leech from Middleboro 6-0, 6-0.
3rd singles: Danielle Vanzura from Hingham defeated Lydia D'Amato from Middleboro 6-0, 6-0.
1st doubles: Nikki Lund and Millie Valero from Hingham defeated Jackie Burke and Laura Varjabedian from Middleboro 6-0, 6-0.
2nd doubles: Ashland Stansbury and Maxine Bergstein from Hingham defeated Maggie Lynch and Katie Couto from Middleboro 6-0, 6-0.
On Monday the girls’ tennis team defeated Duxbury 5-0:
1st singles: Julia Krumholz from Hingham defeated Kelly Dame from Duxbury 6-0, 6-1.
2nd singles: Delaney Dunlap from Hingham defeated defeated KelMeghan O'Neal from Duxbury 6-2, 6-1.
3rd singles: Danielle Vanzura from Hingham defeated Nicole Hanriahan from Duxbury 6-0, 6-1.
1st doubles: Nikki Lund and Kristen Ferrucci from Hingham defeated Caroline Phinney and Brooke McCarthy from Duxbury 6-4, 6-0.
2nd doubles: Ashland Stansbury and Millie Valero from Hingham defeated Anna McGeady and Sarah Palfrey from Duxbury 6-2, 6-0.
Softball
On Wednesday, Hingham Softball suffered their 10th loss of the season, losing to Middleboro, 8-3.
Despite the loss Hingham junior pitcher Maude Fuji pitched 7 innings and struck out 4 batters. Junior thirdbaseman Danielle Hickey had 2 singles in the game and senior shortstop Rachel Genovese was 1 for 3 with a triple, 2 RBIs and run scored.
Girls’ Lax
The girls' lacrosse team defeated Norwell 15-12 on Thursday. In the win, Katie Landry had 3 goals and 1 assists and Caroline Bailey also added 3 goals.
The team now has a 6-6 record on the season.
On Tuesday the Hingham girls lacrosse team lost to Duxbury by a score of 15-11.
Despite the loss Hingham head coach Katherine Creedon said the Harborwomen played their best game yet this season.
“More than half the goals came off assists and as we caused Duxbury to lose the ball over 11 times,” Creedon said in an email.
In the loss, Caroline Bailey, Abby Phelan, Katie Landry, Emma Marjollet, and Meg Doherty all had two goals.
Girls’ Golf
The Hingham High School girls’ golf record now stands at 7-3 in the Mass Bay League. They defeated Fontbonne in a well contested match 3.5 to 2.5 earlier this week.
