Police unlocked the door and left a message for the owner. The door was secured when police left. 11:25 a.m. - The Scarlet Oak Tavern told police that someone stole a patio umbrella and chairs. June 16 10:27 a.m. - During a traffic stop near the intersection of Liberty Pole Road and Main Street, Andrew Smith, 33, was arrested on a warrant.
