Live Chat With State Senate Candidate Genevieve Davis

Genevieve Davis has volunteered to participate in Hingham Patch's live chat on Thursday.

This Thursday, Hingham Patch will hold a live chat with State Senate Candidate Genevieve Davis.

Patch's live chats  give the people of Hingham the opportunity to ask questions to people they may want to know more about in their community.

The live chat with Davis will run from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Aug. 23.

Davis is a Norwell Democrat, who is looking to challenge the incumbent State Senator, Bob Hedlund (R-Weymouth), who represents Hingham. Before that she will challenge Steve May of Hull in the Democrats’ September primary.

Davis has over three decades of professional experience in the non-profit arena where she has devoted her energies to solving problems related to the needs of families and communities.  She has served as an appointed member of the Norwell High School Parent Council and also served as one of the architects of a study that resolved overcrowding in elementary schools.
