Kelly A. Finn, 31, of 147 Beal St., Hingham was arraigned in Quincy District Court on charges of possession of a Class A drug, heroin, and conspiracy to violate drug law. The case was continued to Sept. 18. Finn was released on personal recognizance. The charge stems from a Aug. 23, 2011 at 6:35 p.m. when police observed a tan colored Toyota Camry followed by a red Dodge pickup truck on Logan Drive in Braintree. The vehicles stopped on the side of the road and police allege they observed a drug sale take place.
