Psychologist To Offer Seminar to Hingham Parents

Dr. Joseph Moldover, a clinical psychologist with specialty training in developmental neuropsychology, will be the guest speaker in Hingham on March 7.

Hingham Parents who have children with autism spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, ADHD/ADD, neurological and psychiatric disorders, and cognitive disabilities are invited to  “What are Tests Testing? Understanding Neuropsychological Evaluation,”  next month at the Hingham Library.

The free seminar is hosted by The Hingham Special Education Parents’ Advisory Council and will take place March 7 at at 6:45 p.m. in the Whiton Room.

Dr. Joseph Moldover, a Boston clinical psychologist with specialty training in developmental neuropsychology, will be the guest speaker.

According to Marisa C. Ronan, the Hingham SEPAC Public Relations/Outreach Officer,  Dr. Moldover will focus on building a complete understanding of an individual’s learning and behavior through the use of assessment techniques, psychotherapy, and school consultation. 

"Dr. Moldover emphasizes a lively and interactive presentation style, with an ongoing back and forth with the audience, ensuring that the information is relevant and practical," Ronan said in a written statement.
