South Shore Conservatory’s Faculty Take Center Stage at Jazz/Rock/Pop Jam

The "Jazz/Rock/Pop Jam" will take place the first Sunday in March.

popular Conservatory Concert Series (CCS) proudly presents "Jazz/Rock/Pop Jam," featuring the Conservatory’s Jazz/Rock/Pop (JRP) Department faculty members, on Sunday, March 4, at 4 p.m. in the spacious lobby of the Alan G. Carr Building at One Conservatory Drive, Hingham.

This concert is free to the public, but donations are welcome.

Jazz and rock enthusiasts are sure to enjoy the performance which features a variety of musical styles ranging from traditional jazz to Latin and swing standards with blues and contemporary rock and pop selections as well as original compositions.

Performing in an open space with viewing on two floors, this group of musicians includes vocalist Maria Marini, pianist Jimmy Craven, Eric Lane and John Kramer, saxophonist John Vanderpool, trumpeter Rob Reustle, guitarists John McCarthy and Cliff Williams, bassist Chris Rathbun and percussionists Ted Sajdyk, Ed Sorrentino and Phil Trembley.
