Trident Raw Bar and Galley Coming to Hingham Shipyard
The new restaurant hopes to open by the end of the summer.

Hingham, MA – A new restaurant is coming to the Hingham Shipyard.
Last week, the selectmen voted to approve the liquor and entertainment licenses for Trident Raw Bar and Galley. The establishment is located in the former Union Fish location.
Owner and manager John Brian Houlihan comes to Hingham with 30 years of experience in the restaurant business. He currently owns restaurants and bars in Norwell, Cohasset, and Scituate. Previously he was the executive chef at the Bostonian and Four Seasons.

Houlihan told the board that his Hingham project is going to be similar to his Scituate location, except a little more upscale with an emphasis on food rather than the bar.
Acoustic music is planned for the weekends. Performances are expected to take place inside and on the patio, with the volume to be no louder than background noise.
