REI, located at the Derby Street Shoppes, received 56 percent of the vote and beat out Pro Sports on Lincoln Street which finished in second with 29 percent of the vote, and which finished third with 11 percent of the vote. received just one vote and and Hingham Running Company got no love from readers as they did not receive a single vote.

Rob N. of Scituate posted, “Nice, knowledgeable staff. I picked up a pair of Osolo boots for a hiking trip in a couple of months, and after I bought them I compared the price to other stores including the Kittery Trading Post.”

Laura L. of Brookline also said she had a great experience at the Hingham store.

“I ordered my bike online through REI and had it sent to Hingham, which was the closest store for me,” she posted on Yelp.  “When it was ready to be picked up, CJ called to tell me that it was ready.  He was super helpful in store and made sure I had everything I needed, the seat was the right height, etc. “
