Auditions for The Master Singers of Lexington

The Master Singers of Lexington, Adam Grossman, Music Director

The Master Singers of Lexington have been making exceptional music right here in town for nearly 45 years. Rehearsals (on Wednesday night) and most performances are at First Parish Church, on the historic Battle Green, in Lexington Center.

Join us for the 2012-2013 season which includes music of Mendelssohn, Schubert, Mozart, Pergolesi, Fine, Rorem, and Brahms, as well a premiere by local composer Thomas Stumpf. Concerts will be performed with chamber orchestra, guest artists, piano, or a cappella and soloists are typically drawn from the membership. Auditions for interested singers (soprano, alto, tenor and bass) will begin on August 29 and will include vocalizing, performing a prepared piece, and sight-reading. For an appointment, email msingers@themastersingers.org or call Sue at (781) 863-8245 before 10 pm
