Malden Fifth Grader Sydney Addorisio loves the American flag, and it shows.
The Ferryway fifth grader wrote an essay about the Star-Spangled Banner for Flag Day. Her essay was selected as the winner in the yearly contest, and Addorisio read her words to the gathered crowd at Malden's Flag Day ceremony, held at Bell Rock Park.
