Event Spotlight: The 7th Annual Harvest Moon Festival

Oak Grove Improvement Association and the Chinese Culture Connection invite you to enjoy a day with the community at this family-price-friendly event! The theme of the festival is based on combining a traditional "Harvest Fest" with the Chinese "Moon Festival" to create the Harvest Moon Festival! A wonderful welcoming and fun atmosphere is created by by many civic organizations and businesses.  A variety of delicious food is offered by the Malden Restaurant Owner Association at this fun-filled day for all ages! The 7th annual Harvest Moon Festival is full of Activities, Games, Live bands including the Dirty Mac Blues Band, Herb's Herd 15 piece swing band, Malden's own Bad Rabbits and acoustic rock with David, Sue and Jody. Performances by Dance with Brigitte, CCC Multi-Art Performing Troupe, Byrnes Tang Soo Do Karate Studio, Rick Wong's Chinese Martial Art Center of Melrose, Tian Ye Academy of the Arts, Wah Lum Kung Fu & Tai Chi Academy and Paula Terenzi's Dance Complex !Pony Rides, Pumpkin Decorating, Train Ride around Fellsmere Pond plus much more!
