Grand Jury Indictments: Assault with Intent to Murder, Trafficking Heroin in Malden
Five grand jury indictments were announced for crimes committed in Malden.

MALEDEN, MA - District Attorney Marian Ryan announced grand jury indictments for the county on Jan. 21. There were five indictments for crimes allegedly committed in Malden:
Patricia Collins, 46, of Malden, was charged with assault with intent to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, burning of a dwelling, and burning of personal property over $250. The Assistant District Attorney is Kristen Noto.
Peter Marino, 30, of Boston, was charged with trafficking heroin and distribution of a Class A substance. The Assistant District Attorney is Rachel Perlman.

Franklin Munoz, 25, of Chelsea, was charged with armed assault with intent to murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury. The Assistant District Attorney is Craig Estes.
Ernie Quintana, 35, of Boston, was charged with distribution of heroin, possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance, and possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance. The Assistant District Attorney is Rachel Perlman.

Fernando Williams, 22, of Boston, was charged with armed assault with intent to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, assault with a dangerous weapon (3 counts), wanton destruction of property over $250, possession of a firearm without a license, possession of a loaded firearm without a license, possession of ammunition, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building, and being an armed career criminal. The Assistant District Attorney is Jessica Noble.
