Linden School Students Participate In International Anti-Bullying Efforts

Students, faculty, and staff wore pink to send the message that bullying is not acceptable.

A loud but non-confrontational message was sent across the student body of the Linden School on Friday, November 18.  As part of International Stand Up to Bullying Day students and staff wore pink in support of each other to stand up against bullying.

This event started in Canada as a response to a boy getting teased for wearing pink, and is now a special bi-annual event in which people across the world join together and wear pink.

To date, more than 2200 schools, workplaces and organizations representing more than a million people have taken the stand.
