Her loved ones will gather for a funeral Mass in Salem on October 9, and the family asks that friends honor her through kindness or donations to Kaplan Family Hospice House.
   

4. Communities unite over Lynnway redesign (marbleheadweeklynews.com) — Marblehead's Select Board and local residents are joining Nahant and Swampscott officials in pressing the state to more fully assess how the Lynnway Multimodal Corridor Project could affect traffic and emergency response for North Shore commuters. They're not opposing safety and transit upgrades outright, but want updated data, clear performance measures, and mitigation plans that protect Marblehead drivers, businesses, and emergency access.
