• NHPR Folk Music and Dance Calendar 9.28.26 (nhpr.org) — Folk fans in Marblehead can look forward to a busy season at the Me & Thee Coffeehouse on Mugford Street, with acts like RJ Cowdery, Hope Dunbar, Windborne Singers, Rebecca Loebe, and The Whiskey Treaty Roadshow all scheduled this fall. • Coastal Mass. communities enjoy nor'easter sights from beaches (cbsnews.com) — A strong September nor'easter churned up rough seas along the coast from Scituate to Marblehead, drawing crowds to watch towering waves and thick sea foam but causing fewer power outages than feared. South Shore officials reported only brief electricity losses and emphasized that, while the storm was milder than expected, conditions in nearby beach communities were still hazardous.
