Power Home Remodeling Group Expands to Marlborough
Nation's fourth largest home remodeling company with more than 900 employees and $135 million in sales opens offices in Marlborough this month.
A company that began as a part time college gig, Power Home Remodeling Group is today a 900 employee, $130 million dollar home-improvement business with offices in Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Washington, DC. This summer they plan on opening a new location in Georgia. Power Home Remodeling Group provides energy-saving and environmentally friendly exterior remodeling solutions.
Adam Kaliner who began selling windows part time in college in Delaware, and his cousin Jeff Kaliner who later teamed up with him, form the powerhouse of this 19 year old business which today is ranked as the nation's fourth largest home remodeling company.

Power is committed to a “green” approach to home remodeling by installing leading energy efficient products and following a strict energy code of ethics. The company has also adopted sustainable and green in-house ethics in its daily operations. Power has reduced landfill waste by incorporating a new recycling initiative and encouraging its customers to download electronic versions of brochures and warranties. The company even uses GPS to create the most fuel-efficient routes for project managers, technicians and installers.
At its new headquarters in Chester, PA, Power has committed to the community by creating “Power University.” The program, developed in conjunction with the Chester Upland School District, will prepare and motivate local students to pursue further education in marketing, sales, finance, operations and distribution. The curriculum will be implemented from the student’s sophomore year to graduation at which time they will get real life business management and product development experience at Power’s headquarters and in the field.
