SPRING IS KITTEN SEASON! CaRMaH needs citizens with sharp eyes, to spot the newborn kittens and moms. They can snuggle in to small spots: under sheds, in window wells, hedges, even rock walls. CaRMaH will come and take in the mom and kittens, with the goal of taming them for adoption.
