Marlborough Is Looking For A Labor Day Parade Grand Marshal

The city is looking for unsung heroes that live and volunteer in Marlborough.

MARLBOROUGH, MA — Marlborough is still accepting nominations for the Labor Par Parade Grand Marshal. The deadline for nominations was bumped back to June 15. The parade will be held in September.

The city is looking for unsung heroes and volunteers who have made a difference in the community to be nominated. From there, the Grand Marshal will be selected based on his or her volunteer contributions to the Marlborough community. These contributions have to go beyond the parameters of their job.

Each nominator will be asked to explain in 300 words or less why their nominee would be the perfect 2019 Grand Marshal. Each nominator may only submit one name for the 2019 Grand Marshal and duplicate submissions for any one nominee will not increase their chance of selection.
