Marlborough Snow Day: What's Opened, Closed

Police are urging residents to clean their cars of snow before hitting the roads.

MARLBOROUGH, MA- You wouldn't think we're just weeks away from spring with the winter wonderland that dropped in on the state Sunday night, leaving Marlborough covered in 2.5 inches of snow.

Students in Milford's Public Schools are enjoying an extended weekend after school was canceled. Trash and recycle will be delayed one day and picked up on Wednesday, 3/6 due to the snowstorm.

Marlborough's city hall is open for normal hours as well as the city library.

Police are reminding residents that the winter parking ban is still in place and any vehicles left out will be subject to tow. If you plan on driving today, police urge residents to clean the snow from cars.

As crews take to the streets with the plows, firefighters are asking residents to shovel out hydrants and police are asking folks to make sure their house numbers are visible, in case of an emergency.
