One is "regarding the installation of a new underground electrical transmission line at multiple locations within existing paved roadways along Winthrop Street, South Street, and Mystic Avenue and beneath the Mystic River."

I. Public Hearings
Notice of Intent – Electrical Transmission Project – NSTAR Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy (Eversource) has filed a Notice of Intent regarding the installation of a new underground electrical transmission line at multiple locations within existing paved roadways along Winthrop Street, South Street, and Mystic Avenue and beneath the Mystic River. A portion of the proposed activity is located within Bordering Land Subject to Flooding associated with the Mystic River, the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Inland Bank and the 200-foot Riverfront Area.
Notice of Intent – Outfall Maintenance – The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation has filed a Notice of Intent regarding the maintenance of selected stormwater outfalls located within the Mystic River State Reservation. A portion of the proposed activity is located within the previously disturbed 100-foot buffer zone to jurisdictional Bank, along the Bank of the Mystic River, within the 200-foot Riverfront Area and area of Bordering Land Subject to Flooding associated with the Mystic River and Alewife Brook.
