4 Medford-Related Drug Cases Among Grand Jury Indictments

Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan announced Monday the grand jury indictments from April 13 to May 30.

Included in the indictments on four Medford-related cases. All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Medford
Louis Gersh, 58, of Medford, was charged with distribution of a Class A substance, subsequent offense, and attempting to procure another to commit perjury. The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.
Wilfredo Miranda, 41, of Boston, was charged with trafficking a Class B substance, distribution of a Class B substance, and furnishing a false name. The Assistant District Attorney is Maren Schrader.
Ivan Saldana Lopez, 29, was charged with trafficking fentanyl and trafficking over 36 grams of cocaine. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Hartigan.

Malden

Patrick Richardson, 46, of Medford, was charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, subsequent offense, distribution of cocaine, subsequent offense, violating the drug laws near a school/park (2 counts), and being a habitual criminal (2 counts).
