Governor Patrick signs Home Rule petition to allow transfer of $1.2 million from the Water Enterprise Account into the city's general fund.
On June 30, 2011, Governor Deval Patrick signed the Medford Home Rule Petition to allow $1.224 million to be transferred from the City of Medford’s Water Enterprise Account into the city’s general fund to help cover a deficit predominantly caused by $800,000 in snow removal.
