In January 2012, 14 Single Family homes sold with an average List Price of $355,686, an average Sale Price of $337,807 and the average Days On the Market was 164.

It should be noted that one "Cottage," sold for $70,000 and was on the market for 797 days.  If you average the other 13 homes, the average list price was $377,123, the average sales price was $358,408 and the average days on the market was 116.

A 10 room, 4 bedroom Victorian was listed at $459,900, sold for $458,000 and was on the market for 10 days.
