McGlynn should retire and housecleaning should follow

Time to retire Mikee

McGlynn is and old boy stuck in the 1980's. If he had his way Medford would look like it did in 1950. GMH, 55, was disciplined five times by the department before his latest nine-month unpaid suspension, handed down Thursday by Mayor Michael J. McGlynn, for an August 2010 arrest for soliciting a prostitute in Lynn

How can we employ a police officer who gets caught soliciting prostitutes? How would you feel as a woman if this police officer responded to a call at your house?

The punishment was meted out in a "last-chance agreement," McGlynn said in a phone interview.

"Is he going to be on tip-toes? Yes," McGlynn said. "This agreement is a very severe agreement. He's waived all rights [in] any further incident, which he would be terminated for immediately.

In most jurisdictions this police officer would have been terminated. But in Medford thanks to Whitey... we employ a police officer who should not be on the street. Is there any more reason one needs to vote out McGlynn and the 7 City Councilors... because trust me its out here
