A simple scientifically proven way to reduce stress for anyone...is to consciously take 10 long slow deep full breathes. This can deeply influence your health and happiness if done a few times throughout your day, try placing your hands on your belly for a more calming effect to feel the rise and fall of the breath in the belly. I learned this powerful technique the hard way many years ago when I experienced a high level of stress related injuries and tension from doing too much too fast and trying to keep up with the Jones and everyone else that I thought was experience the ultimate American dream. Now many years later after, I teach this simple practice to my private students and group classes.  Clients see amazing results in their mind, body and spirit. They are amazed when they practice this simple technique of bringing their full attention to the experience of my body breathing and consciously focusing on the breathe taking 10 long SLOW Deep Inhales In and Exhales Out.
