Her work focuses on the Scenes of Life- some that are apparent to the eye and others that are enhanced by the beholder. Many of her photos reflect a little history, present a different perspective of an environment, or add a little illusion to the viewer. Recently, she expanded her line of photos to include photographic works that include a vintage postcard and a picture of that same area today. Says Claire, “It is amazing to see the places that have changed as well as those that look the same. “
She is active member of the Medford Arts Center Inc. Her work has been shown at the West Medford Open Studios, the Arlington Center for the Arts, Mystic Coffee Roasters, and local arts and crafts fairs sponsored by different groups throughout the area. Now as a member of the Mystic Arts Gallery, she welcomes everyone come and view her work, whether you are looking for a unique gift that offers a little history, a memorable view of a patriot scene, a photo that offers a perspective that will keep you engaged, or just a little bit of sunshine to brighten your day.
