UN Agenda 21 in Medford MA

This 12 minute video is from the Medford City Council this past Tuesday, Nov 1, 2011.  

Medford resident Robert Capucci gave a detailed presentation of a United Nations plan called Agenda 21.  You will hear terms like "Smart Growth," "Sustainable Development," and ICLEI pronounced "Ickley."
